We start on the isle of Dunne, discussing the "common origin" that might cause the soldiers guarding Dunne's temple to have a claw on their emblem, whether or not Violet is now the queen of Unnbriel, and positing that Theophanie's connection to Dunne MIGHT have cured her right before she died. Then we travel to Hedeon, where things seem super sketch. Have the venin been there? Are they there right now? Why is Faris such a dick? And do we all maybe owe Talia a huge apology?From Hedeon its onto Zehyllna, where we dive deep into ALL of the gifts. Why did Mira get a bottle of wine? What does it mean that Ridoc got kissed on the cheek? Are we going in a biblical direction here or is it something more innocent? What does it mean that Cat got a necklace with a ruby on it and one of the book's that Violet reads about Venin is called "Red Regalia"? Why did the man who gave Violet her broken compass tell her to "use it wisely"? And what the heck is Garrick supposed to do with a rusted steel bucket??We round it out with our remaining Gods - Loial, Amaria, and Malek, analyzing Violet's scene in the cell with Liam (which still makes us cry) and discussing Malek's try nature.
