    They Came From the Water

    15.05.2026 | 1 t. 6 min.
On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys kick things off by talking about what they’ve been up to lately, including pruning tomato plants, flinging arrows at the range, attending graduation ceremonies, and even making a stop at a moonshine distillery deep in the countryside.
Then, the show takes a hard turn into the strange. First, they discuss reports of a possible Bigfoot encounter near Sherman, Texas back in 1960. Then, two teenagers riding a motorcycle through the backroads of rural Kentucky come face to face with a towering bipedal creature crouched in the road, feeding on the carcass of a dead horse.
After that, a listener from Kentucky shares a deeply unsettling encounter that has haunted her for years. While sitting beside a dark lake during a moonless October night, she and her boyfriend witnessed glowing humanoid figures emerging from vacant lakeside homes and gathering silently along the shoreline. Moments later, three massive bioluminescent objects rose from the water and glided across the lake while the strange entities appeared to greet them. What followed left the couple terrified and questioning everything they thought they knew about reality.
Later, the guys cover a bizarre phantom van witnessed by a group of fishermen before it seemingly vanished into thin air, along with stories of a deeply haunted house that may hold something sinister within its walls. All of this and more on this eerie installment of Expanded Perspectives!

    The Faceless Woman

    24.04.2026 | 1 t. 6 min.
This episode of Expanded Perspectives brings together a set of encounters that all share one thing in common: something happened, and no one involved has ever been able to fully explain it. Kyle and Cam talk about a long-haul drive across the country that should have been routine, until a stretch of empty highway near Roswell, New Mexico seems to break the rules of distance and time. What should have been a two-hour drive somehow loops back on itself, complete with a witness who remembers it happening.
From there, a late-night search for a local legend in rural Virginia turns into a face-to-face encounter with something that looks almost like a deer… but isn’t. And it doesn’t end there.
They also hear from a former Air Force airman who was quietly reassigned during the aftermath of Mount St. Helens, tasked with guarding something in a remote, high-security site. Decades later, he’s still not convinced they were dealing with human victims.
Out in the Arizona desert, two brothers come across something massive, silent, and completely unlike any known animal. No eyes, no face, no clear shape—just a presence that passes over them and disappears.
And in the mountains near Yellowstone, a couple driving through the snow encounters a lone figure walking the road in clothing from another time… untouched by the falling snow, and possibly missing something even more unsettling.
No conclusions. No easy answers. Just firsthand experiences that don’t quite fit into the world as we understand it. All of this and more on this installment of Expanded Perspectives!

    Why the Woods Feel Wrong

    17.04.2026 | 1 t. 10 min.
On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys kick things off with some easygoing chatter about an unusually cool, rain-soaked spring—before heading straight into far darker territory. Because once the sun goes down and the trees close in, something changes… and everyone feels it.
First, a listener shares two chilling encounters with a creature known only as the Hoof Man, said to stalk the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Reservation in Arizona. What begins as a family cookout quickly spirals into confusion, fear, and missing meat… but the second encounter? That’s when things get up close—and far more terrifying.
Then, we head deep into the swamps of Louisiana, where another listener recounts a night of illegal hunting that turned into something he’s never been able to explain. Step for step, something walked alongside them in the darkness—always just out of sight, always just beyond the beam of their lights. Was it the legendary Honey Island Swamp Monster… or something even stranger?
After the break, Cam brings a collection of truly unsettling camping and backpacking encounters that all circle back to one question:
Why is being in the woods so unnerving?
Is it just our imagination playing tricks on us… or is there something primal—something ancient—watching from between the trees?
Lighthearted moments, eerie stories, and a deep dive into that universal, creeping fear of the wilderness… all of that and more on this installment of Expanded Perspectives.

    When the Heart Remembers

    10.04.2026 | 1 t. 25 min.
On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys discuss what happens when a heart is transplanted… but something else comes with it?
The guys explore one of the strangest and most unsettling medical mysteries of our time—reports of personality changes, vivid dreams, and unexplained emotional shifts following organ transplants.
From documented cases like Claire Sylvia, who experienced sudden cravings and haunting dreams after receiving a donor heart, to chilling stories of recipients who felt drawn to people and places they had never known… the question begins to surface:
Is it possible that our organs carry more than just biological function?
Could fragments of memory, emotion, or identity somehow persist… even after death?
The guys also dive into the controversial work of Paul Pearsall, who collected accounts of transplant recipients reporting changes that seemed to mirror their donors’ lives—fueling the debated concept of “cellular memory.” But not all of these stories are grounded in documented cases. Some drift into darker territory… including disturbing accounts of children who, after receiving transplants, began recalling details they should have never known. Are these simply psychological responses to trauma and survival? The brain trying to make sense of a second chance at life?
Or is there something deeper happening beneath the surface—something science has yet to fully understand?
Join us as we step into the space between medicine and mystery… where the line between identity and biology begins to blur. Because sometimes…the heart doesn’t just keep you alive. Sometimes… it remembers.
