Biodiversity is an often overlooked aspect of the climate and environmental emergency that we face. It shouldn't be so! COP28 was held from 30 November to 13 December 2023 in Dubai, UAE. It included the first ever "Global stocktake" assessing our progress in slowing climate change. The Bonn Climate Change Conference, or SB58, took place from 5 to 15 June 2023. Its aim was to vote on the agenda of COP 28 and prepare draft decisions to be adopted then, in December 2023.
