Tens of thousands of mourners gathered to honor the "Butcher of Bosnia," as the former Serb commander was buried with military honors. EU President Ursula von der Leyen called images from the funeral "shocking," and EU Enlargement Chief Marta Kos canceled a planned visit to Serbia in protest. Kos joins the show from Brussels.
